What we migrate and set up
- Move you from older Sage Pastel Partner/Xpress into Sage Business Cloud (Sage One) or a more suitable cloud platform.

No. In most cases we build the new Sage One, Pastel or QuickBooks file alongside your existing system. We agree a cut‑over date and only stop capturing in the old system once we are ready to switch, so trading continues as normal.
That depends on your reporting and SARS needs. Sometimes opening balances and the current year are enough; in other cases it makes sense to bring in two or three full years. We will recommend an approach based on your size, industry and deadlines.
Not necessarily. Your bookkeeper keeps the day-to-day running; we connect, clean, and model the data — then help you make decisions from it.
Yes. This is one of our core services. We have deep Pastel experience and understand how to map accounts, tax types and balances into Sage Business Cloud (Sage One) or other cloud systems with minimal disruption.
We typically line up the change with a tax month or tax year boundary where possible. We rebuild structures in the new payroll system, import employee data, and then check that the first EMP201 and payslips from the new system match expectations before going fully live.
